What is AyiConnect and what does AyiConnect offer for helpers?
AyiConnect is a marketplace for qualified helpers to earn regular or extra income via family activity booking. This includes:
- Advertise to obtain new and serious clients
- Freedom to set your rate and schedule
- Accept the client's pricing negotiation
- Get paid quickly to your bank account
- Beautiful online listings for your activities
- Provide services in-person or virtually
- Responsive support
You can use our platform to establish your reputation and become your boss to focus on what you like in life.

What services can I provide?
You are welcome to be creative and provide any services within that you are skilled in, or you are passionate about. Some activities are private kitchens, home-cooked meals, virtual babysitting or entertaining, at-home daycare, errand running, language teaching, etc. If you can dream it (within our T&C), you can create an activity on our platform. We want to make it as simple as possible, so anyone (whether you are a newbie or veteran) can join our platform and be your boss.

What services should I not provide?
We want you to be able to provide services that you can create based on your skills or your passion. That being said, there are a few areas of services we do not allow:
- Illegal or fraudulent services
- Adult-oriented services, pornographic, inappropriate services
- Spam, nonsense, or violet activities
- Activities misleading
- Infringement or violation of a third party’s terms of service
- Reselling of regulated goods
We regularly monitor and review activities. We reserve the right to remove any violation and suspend the user account.

What can I earn? What does this cost?
Your earnings will depend on how much your activity costs. AyiConnect collects a 5-15% service fee from all paid enrollments depending on your membership. We will send your payment in 3 days after your activity is completed. Payment is via Paypal or your preferred payment specified. Remember that it is your responsibility to report tax on your earnings according to local regulations.

How can I become a helper?
Step 1: Learn our criteria
AyiConnect believes anyone can offer a service to others in need, as long as they have the skills or passion. Although we do not require formal licenses or credentials, we do have several other requirements that helpers need to meet to join us:
- Possess one or more expertise or passion to offer to families
- Have experience working with kids, elders, or families /or is excited to learn more
- Agree to our Community Guidelines and terms of services, including proactive and professional communication with families and the AyiConnect team, and do not offer anything that violates our policies
- Have a reliable and fast Internet connection (over 3Mbps upload and download) and technical knowledge to effectively use a computer for virtual activities
- Pass an identity verification and/or a US criminal background check
- Have a legitimate payment method such as PayPal or Zelle to transfer earnings
- Be able to provide stellar customer service
- At least 18 years old
Step 2: Sign up and create an approved activity
Sign up on AyiConnect and create a profile and an activity based on our questionnaire. Our questions are rather simple so please complete as much information as possible so we can learn more about you and your experience. If your activity meets our requirements, we will request you to validate your identity. Once your identity check is completed, your activity to list on our platform will be approved.
Note that we will regularly invite you to join our Featured Helper list. We will ask you to get a background check and get a video call to ask a few questions. This is entirely optional, but you will get a free background check via our third-party vendor, so why not join us? :)
Step 3: Get Started! Publish classes and section
Once you are approved, you will be able to start making income
