Our users come from diverse backgrounds, spanning ages (early 20s to late 60s), languages, and locations. With this rich demographic, our app must cater to varying people. While our current sign-up process gathers sufficient information, user feedback drove us to enhance the experience.
Today, we introduced revamped onboarding. Our UX/UI team dedicated countless hours to craft scenarios for a global user base, ensuring a balanced and user-controlled experience that respects app content, data, and privacy.
