Streamlined Onboarding: Easier sign-up with added identity validation tools (selfie, ID, background checks).

Community Post Filters: To improve navigation, we’ve added filters for community posts so you can quickly find the most relevant content.

Enhanced Caregiver Profiles: Profiles are now more detailed, allowing you to better understand a caregiver’s availability, making it easier for families to plan ahead.

Safer Interactions: Personal info is protected in public forums; verified users can exchange info safely through direct discussion.

More Transparent Info: Clearer and more transparent details about caregivers and families.

Incident & Health Benefits: While we tested incident and health benefits, but feedback suggests they don’t fit the community’s needs right now.
