AyiConnection is a care and learning marketplace that connects families and helpers. Our goal is to create an environment where everyone has access to jobs or help regardless of culture, background, race, ethnicity, nationality, sexual orientation, religion, and gender identity.

We are serious about our service and users′ safety and trust. Please see below a few ways how we safeguard our marketplace: 

Community Guidelines

AyiConnection provides a Community Guideline for our members and expect everyone to adhere to it. Please read our  Community Guidelines here. If you see anything that does not comply with these guidelines, please let us know at ask@AyiConnection.com. 

Regular review

AyiConnection reviews and monitors platform activities regularly. We check the content to ensure they meet our standards. We review all activities before they are published to make sure the quality of the content is complete and clear. We do not tolerate content related to discrimination, hate speech, or violence. We reserve the right to remove users who do not comply with our standards.

User screening

We screen all users through tool verification. We do not require all helpers to go through background checks. That being said, the featured providers have gone through background screening and application reviews to ensure they can provide the best services.

Safe messaging

We don′t share anyone′s full names or contact info via our messaging system to ensure safety of members. 

Secure payments

We partner with leading companies to ensure your information stays protected when you make a purchase.

Feedback mechanism

We have a simple but effective feedback mechanism for families to leave reviews upon each activity. We highly encourage you to check the reviews as they are great resources for families to learn more about the helper to decide whether to engage further, whenever available. 

Online safety 

We also rely on our families and helpers to be responsible for their own safety. We encourage all members to keep communication on the platform. Watch for signs of scammers for those too good to be true conditions. 

When booking through us, families are also protected by our “Delight Program” if the service is not to your satisfaction. 

We always recommend families to run a background check before finalization of the activities. For virtual activities, families should not leave minors unattended if the activities are for them.

We want you to have a great experience with AyiConnection. If you are not happy with an activity, let us know, we will find a way to make things right, supported by documentation and evidence within 48 hours.

Insurance available

AyiConnection provides various insurance products with our partner companies that are available to both families and helpers. Families can gain a further peace of mind by engaging with us through these products.
