Q&A
Hello!!! Pretty much I’ve been nannying these two boys for like 2-3 months , it is 5 days per week and 9 hours per day. But usually we go on an outing everyday. We still end up with about 1-2 hours a day were both kids are up from naps and just have play time. But they tend to get bored after 30 ish min, I’ll play with them for a little bit I also end up getting bored. When it’s just older nanny kid we do lots of activities while baby sleeps. But I’m wondering if anyone has good suggestions for activities that engage both nanny kids 1 yr and 4yr?!

sure, U may give a toy car to the 1 yr boy for play, and help the 4yrs brother to do a art & craft, using some boxes to make a train or a car. First of all, U should prepared all the meterials.

I was an art teacher before, I will inspire kid's potential by teaching them doing a simple art & craft. Children will having so much fun on creating something by their own.

is 1 year old too young to do the same art as 4 years old. I feel like the attention span will be limited

I will suggest a simple and fun game. Do you have little toy car? let one of them play the car and other one go chase and pick it up, they might like this game haha

kids with different ages are hard to engage. I would see if you can take kids to the library or parks where they can both play at the same time
