Family with a medium sized dog looking for a long term nanny for 10month old baby girl. Prefer commute but live-in negotiable. Around 40 hours a week. Basic requirements: - Age under 55 - At least 10 years of experience taking care of children from 6mo-2yo, ideally in a home environment - Familiar with Montessori approach - Able to accommodate baby-led-weaning (BLW) as we do not do spoon feeding (traditional) - Does not have any other jobs on the side - Patient, clean, flexible and able to communicate well Certifications and vaccinations: Baby CPR certified is required COVID and Tdap shots up to date is required Referral from previous employers required Responsibilities: 1. Take care of baby during week days - basic tasks include feeding, diaper changes, washing baby clothes, toys, bottles and other baby items, maintaining cleanliness in all play areas, so forth 2. Able to interact, play, and do Montessori based activities, experienced in nurturing baby into toddler and meeting necessary milestones. 3. Able to make BLW appropriate food for baby (2 meals for now, will be 3 at 1yo) and take care of lunch meals 4. Preferred - able to assist with light cleaning or cooking 1 meal for parents (pay will be adjusted accordingly)
