Children in our host families benefit from their new English-speaking environment and gain an international perspective on the modern world, while our culture bridgers can uncover some of thte mysteries of the world's oldest yet most moder-nized civilizations, learn some Chinese and make lasting new friendships.

Our flexible 2-6 month placements in Zhejiang introduce lovers of Chinese culture from around the world to warm and welcoming Chinese families. While children in our host families benefit from their new English-speaking environment, our Culture Bridgers can uncover some of the mysteries of the world’s oldest yet most modernized civilizations, learn some Chinese and make lasting new friendships!

We are committed to promoting East-West cultural collaboration by establishing a safe and reliable network for students and families to enjoy all the benefits of intercultural education and exchange. By living with a host family and helping with childcare and day-to-day tasks, participants become immersed in the exciting world of Chinese language and local life. Culture Bridge also provides an orientation, Chinese language lessons, social activities and group excursions to further enrich participants’ time in Zhejiang.
