Katy would watch my daughter overnight and during days while I was in the Fire academy and working. She was responsible for every aspect of my daughters wellbeing and she often went above and beyond. She worked April 2017-April 2020 (still watches Ember from time to time) I'd say one of her major strengths is, she seems to be a natural caregiver. She was always very sweet and kind with my daughter and still is. She is also mature and understands how to keep children on track without having to be harsh or too strict. I honestly had no issues with Katy. She was always punctual, respectful, and having her around my daughter was extremely beneficial. I have to say I am probably a little biased because Katy has become a family friend. She would get the score of 10 and I would recommend her over anyone else Iv had watch my child. Absolutely.
