I am writing to express my concerns for my child. Unfortunately, there was an incident during their employment that has left me feeling uneasy. She was involved in an accident that caused my baby to fall. When I questioned them about the incident, they lied, claiming that the loud noise was caused by something else. However, our home security footage clearly showed that the noise was the result of my baby hitting the floor. This incident has caused significant distress and anxiety for our family. We expect a high level of care. While I understand that accidents can happen, I believe it is important to have open and honest communication regarding such incidents.
