Feedback on Yo-Yo - she is not interested in working with us long-term. She said she can work with us for one month. She already has a gig lined up back in the Bay Area next month. It was very dishonest and unethical of her to do this trial with us, knowing that she would not be here long-term. We feel that she just wanted to make extra money when she was available. - English: only knows a few words around babies. Does not make much of an effort to use Google Translate - Baby skills: Seems highly capable from what I have seen - demeanor: bossy - toddler skills: she complained that she hadn’t taken care of a child older than an infant in 7-8 years when we started discussing my toddler. That was frustrating since we clearly stated in the job requirements that there is a toddler who will need some help.
