We interviewed Yan ayi and scheduled a trial for April 10th, providing a $300 transportation fee upfront. Despite multiple requests and promises to return the unpaid fee after canceling the trial, Yan Ayi has consistently delayed repayment for four months with false promises. This dishonest and unreliable behavior raises significant concerns, and constitutes a clear case of fraud. We would warn people to stay away from this caregiver. We are definitely NOT considering hiring her. We fired her last summer after a trial because she was failing at safety and following basic instructions. She recently has been contacting our current nanny and asked for a loan. I find it incredibly inappropriate that she kept in contact with our nanny and even more so that she asked for a loan.
