Finding the right caregiver can feel overwhelming — especially when your family has unique needs, like language preference, cultural understanding, or special skills.
At AyiConnect, we offer two ways to make the process easier: Self-Service and Concierge Service.
But how do you know which one fits your family best? Here’s a simple guide to help you decide.

- Families want full control over the process.
2.0 What is Concierge Service?
Prefer expert help? Our concierge service offers a guided, time-saving experience:
- We listen carefully to your family’s needs and preferences.
- Our team screens and shortlists candidates who meet your criteria — including language, cultural fit, and caregiving style.
- We introduce you to carefully selected candidates so you can interview and choose.
Extra features:
- Dedicated case manager: Supports you throughout the process.
- Vetted network & sourcing: Beyond our platform, to find the best match.
- One-time affordable pricing: Clear and transparent.
- Free discovery call: Learn more before deciding.
2.1 Who is it great for?
- Busy professionals with limited time.
- Parents or adult children unsure about screening helpers themselves.
- Families seeking language-specialty or culturally specific caregivers (e.g., postpartum nannies who can cook traditional meals).
3.0 Side-by-side comparison
Explore on your own with Self-Service, or save time and let us help through our Concierge Service. At AyiConnect, your family stays in control — always.
4.0 How some families decide
- One family wanted a Cantonese-speaking nanny and had time to search — they used self-service to compare profiles and found the perfect fit.
- Another family needed a postpartum nanny urgently after an early delivery — they used concierge service and were matched within days.
Conclusion - Which should you choose?
- If you enjoy browsing profiles, comparing options, and managing interviews, Self-Service offers freedom, flexibility, and affordability.
- If you want expert help, time savings, and a shortlist tailored to your needs, Concierge Service is the stress-free choice.
No matter which option you choose, AyiConnect is here to help your family build trust, comfort, and cultural connection at home.
